About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of bushrayahya.com and to the programmes, short courses, challenges, webinars, community memberships and 1-on-1 sessions offered by Bushra Yahya under the Positive Muslimah brand, part of Divine Positive Family. They are consistent with the Divine Positive Family Terms & Conditions. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or enrol in our services. Information you give us must be accurate and up to date.

Nature of our services

Our services are coaching, education and emotional-wellbeing support rooted in Islamic values. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or emergency care, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Enrolment, fees and payment

Programme details, fees and inclusions are shared with you before you enrol (currently on WhatsApp). Fees must be paid in full, or as per an agreed instalment plan, before access is given. We may change fees for future enrolments; any change will not affect what you have already paid for. We may refuse or cancel an enrolment in cases such as errors in price or description, suspected fraud, or unavailability, and will refund any amount paid in such a case.

Subscriptions and memberships

Where a programme is billed on a recurring basis, it renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the next billing date. You will be given reasonable notice of any change to recurring fees.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Sessions and conduct

Sessions are held online (for example on Zoom or Google Meet) at agreed times. Please join on time; missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled. We expect respectful behaviour in sessions and community groups. We may remove anyone who harasses others, shares other members’ personal stories, or misuses the community, without refund.

Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, worksheets, guides, videos, text and branding are owned by Bushra Yahya / Divine Positive Family. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, recorded, shared, resold or published without written permission.

Certificates

Where a programme includes a certificate, it is issued under the Islamic Global Educational Trust (Reg. No. 406/Jaipur/2013) on completion of the programme requirements.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bushra Yahya, Positive Muslimah and Divine Positive Family will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service concerned.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services or materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
